Yesterday I enjoyed the second episode of Merlin this year, I must say it reminded of the battle scenes a LotR (smaller version of course) I'm glad the most important character (including knights) got out alive. *relieved sigh*
Though I wouldn't have been angry if they had maimed Uther some more >_< True, I felt very bad for him when he was seeing those awful visions. I really felt sympathy for him at that time but after that... *facepalm* He nearly ruined the fight by coming to barge in, giving Arthur more stress and ...*grumbles* He couldn't trust his son now could he?
I loved the dragon though, who would've thought I would come to like it. Though I have to admit after reading 'The Student Prince' I already had a greater liking to the dragon.
And I want the old Morgana back *whines* She's too one minded evil now. I loved the bickering between her and Arthur... and don't suppose that will come back soon will it?
Other news is that I've gotten interested in BBC's Sherlock. I know, I know, I'm a little late with that. I've only got one episode recorded but I'm avidly reading fanfics. Next time I'll make sure to start a fascination in time... like: when it's airing.
Also, I've finally written a fanfic again (perle de sueur) I'm not entirely happy with it but it's a start.

A Cruel Love Affair
Shinai: wooden practice sword
-Ryunosuke’s side-
Frustrated he hit the tree hard with his shinai which earned him concerned glances of his fellow vassals. Ryunosuke sighed softly before he turned and faced his friends with his usual smile.
“I’m a little tired, I think I better take a short break” He explained as he placed his shinai in it’s designed place and thanked the kurosu for the refreshing towel they offered him.
Both Mako and Chiaki had gotten back to training when he turned towards the entry of the dojo, only Kotoha’s gaze followed him until he was inside.

It was the third time Tono hadn’t appeared for training with the other shinkengers. The times Takeru couldn’t avoid seeing them, his eyes would never meet Ryunosuke’s. He knew the red shinkenger was avoiding him but why?
He had slid down to his knees with the grace of a ballet dancer and hit the floor with his fist, taking no heed to the pain it caused his hand.
Why?! Why was Tono doing this?!
He didn’t get it. Last week Tono had definitely returned his awkward kiss, Ryunosuke remembered with a blush on his cheeks. The week had been wonderful! They had shared kisses in private. He had crept in Takeru’s bedroom at night and they had made love.
Ryunosuke held his head.
Tono had smiled at him when no one else was looking. But now...
It was as if Takeru wanted to forget, as if he wanted to pretend nothing had happened.
Ryunosuke uttered a strangled cry and got up from the floor. He splashed some cold water into his face to clear his mind.
He couldn’t forget Tono’s beautiful smile and he didn’t want to.
He had to see Takeru!
-Takeru’s side-
Takeru ran a slender finger over his origami with a thoughtful look in his eyes. No matter what he did or tried to, his mind always returned to the blue shinkenger the last days.
But he couldn’t, he wouldn’t give in to his feelings again.
It had been a mistake, he told himself when the image of Ryunosuke’s beautiful twinkling eyes came to his mind.
He couldn’t, not when Ryunosuke thought he was someone different. He felt his heart clench at the knowledge he was a liar, always had been and would have to continue to be for a little while longer. Untill-
Takeru’s head snapped up when the ‘door’ to his room was opened with more force than usual. He instantly forced his gaze to become indifferent as Ryunosuke towered before him, blue eyes blazing.
“Why, Tono-sama, why are you ignoring me?” the blue shinkenger asked.
Takeru eyed him cooly and didn’t say a word, hoping that Ryunosuke wouldn’t notice how he was biting his cheeks.
“You can’t pretend nothing has happened Tono-sama, you can’t deny you loved me!” Ryunosuke said heatedly and sat down on his knees so he could look Takeru in the eyes.
“You’re right.” Takeru said evenly.
The blue shinkenger calmed down slightly and sat back on his heels.
Takeru steeled his resolve, he knew what he was going to do would hurt Ryunosuke very much but he had to do it.
“You’ve said correctly, I have loved you but it’s no longer so.”
‘It can’t be’ he added silently in his thoughts.
Ryunosuke’s face contorted as if he had been slapped. “You can’t -” He started to say and got up fluently, “You can’t pretend it’s okay, you can’t expect me to forget!” He shot Takeru a desperate look.
“I don’t demand you to forget,” Takeru said flatly, thinking it would be better if Ryunosuke did forget, “but it’s over now.”
Ryunosuke reeled back and darted out of the room while Takeru remained frozen on the floor. When he was sure the blue shinkenger had left and wouldn’t come back, his composure relaxed and his shoulders lowered defeatedly. It was better this way.
It wouldn’t be long anymore before he completely disappeared from Ryunosuke’s life and the real Tono would take his place, one that didn’t lie.
Because that’s who he loved, right? The real Tono, the one he’s sworn his life to.

Three days later, Takeru would admit his lie and Kaoru would take his place.
The End
I'm sorry for the long text area here, I tried to have a DW-cut but it would only underline the text... and that wasn't really ease to read o_0;
