My father was my life-saver.

He managed to get my old laptop working again *glomps him*
It took hours tinkering with the old laptop and his own computer
but he did find a way to install the operating system.

I'm very relieved.
I feared to have done something only professionals good make right again.

... I won't ever be trying such actions with my new laptop.
(I need supervision at least ^^; )
