Yes, it really is quite a hassle.
I first had to go to the 'districthuis'
then go back home and wait for the local cop to make sure I actually lived there
and then go back to the 'districthuis' with the PIN-code of my ID,
which I've just done so the information on my current ID is in order.

While I was there I asked for a new ID somewhere next month because my old one would expire in March. Pffff So everything urgent is done, I only have to collect my new ID when it's finished but that's something for next month.

True, in usual circumstances I would have done that first but...
The card-reader was still at my own place and I was too worried to remember the bank office is just around the corner *fails* It won't happen again *pats the card-reader in her pocket*

I blame it on the late hour I noticed the mail (around midnight)....
Yes yes, any reason = a good reason *sheepish look*
